1. The World We Will Explore
GTA 6 takes place in Leonida, Rockstar's version of Florida. The map is reportedly almost twice the size of GTA V, and it covers at least five counties. You will get to explore:
- Vice City (Miami)
- Grassrivers (Everglades)
- Leonida Keys
- Port Gellhorn
- Ambrosia
- Mount Kalaga National Park
After launch, Rockstar plans to keep adding new cities and missions, so the world will keep growing.
2. Two Main Characters
You will plays as both Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. These protagonists are a couple inspired by Bonnie and Clyde. Jason is an ex-military with a possible paratrooper background, while Lucia grew up in Liberty City and learned to fight from her dad.
Confirmed supporting characters you will meet include Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Brian Heder, Raul Bautista, DreQuan Priest, and The Real Dimez.
3. Confirmed Side Activities
The game is going to be packed with things to do beyond normal missions. Here is the full list of confirmed activities that we have seen from Trailer 1 and Trailer 2, plus other strongly hinted activities:

4. Vehicles
Over 200 vehicles are confirmed, including cars, motorcycles, helicopters, planes, and boats. You can buy them from dealerships across the map. Vehicle interiors are incredibly detailed, with working speedometers, real-time mirrors, interactive pedals, and adjustable steering wheels.
5. Graphics and World Details
GTA 6 uses Ray Traced Global Ilumination and Reflections, giving it the most realistic lighting of any GTA game. Characters visibly swear, grow hair and facial hair over time, and their clothing physically moves in the wind. Hair even uses strand-based physics for a lifelike look.
6. Wildlife
Wildlife includes alligators, dolphins, sharks, flamingos, foxes, deers, jaguars, and more. Underwater areas are fully explorable with treasure and secrets to find. Characters wear working wristwatches that show real in-game time, and a Cinematic Mode similar to RDR2's has also been spotted.
GTA 6 will definitely be the most complete open-world game Rockstar has ever made. Between the massive map, dual characters, and dozens of side activities confirmed, there is going to be something for every type of player.
